Working Principle Of Hydraulic Cylinder

Hydraulic transmission principle? Using oil as the working medium, motion is transmitted through changes in sealing volume, and power is transmitted through the pressure inside the oil.

1. Power part - converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into hydraulic energy (hydraulic energy) of the oil. For example: hydraulic pump.

2. Executive part - converts the hydraulic pump's input hydraulic pressure energy into mechanical energy that drives the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor.

3. Control section - used to control and regulate the pressure, flow rate, and flow direction of the oil. For example, pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves.

4. Auxiliary part - connects the first three parts together to form a system that serves as an oil storage, filtration, measurement, and sealing device. For example, pipelines and fittings, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals, and control instruments.

The pressure applied at any point on a certain volume of liquid can be transmitted equally in all directions. This means that when multiple hydraulic cylinders are used, each cylinder will pull or push at its own speed, which depends on the pressure required to move the load

When the bearing capacity range of the hydraulic cylinder is the same, the hydraulic cylinder that carries the minimum load will move first, and the hydraulic cylinder that carries the maximum load will move last

To synchronize the movement of the hydraulic cylinder and achieve the load being lifted at the same speed at any point, it is necessary to use control valves or synchronous lifting system components in the system
