How To Solve The Problem Of Weak Rotation Of Hydraulic Motors
Aug 14, 2023
(1) Under the condition that the main control circuit valves, load valves, and other accessories are intact, block the inlet and outlet pipes of the motor (non oil leakage), and measure the working pressure of the provided oil passage when the motor is in a positive or negative position; Then connect the motor pipeline and measure the working pressure under load; Ultimately, comparing the measured values with their technical standards can determine the location of common faults.
(2) Due to the lack of total flow rate or low burden of the hydraulic oil pump, the motor power will decrease, and the torque and speed ratio will also decrease. Therefore, measuring the total flow rate should be carried out simultaneously with measuring the working pressure.
(3) Check if the clearance between the flow distribution shaft and the rotor hole is within the allowable standard (see note), and if the rotation axis of the flow distribution shaft and the engine cylinder block hole is consistent. If it exceeds the specified value, it should be reassembled. If the clearance between the flow distribution shaft and the rotor hole exceeds 0.6mm, or if the flow distribution hole in the rotor undergoes grooves along the circumference; When the clearance between the plunger pump and the rotor exceeds 0.05mm, and the clearance between the roller square shaft and the slide rail exceeds 0.05mm, it will cause the motor to rotate weakly in the low speed range with large torque. If the two walking motors have different steps, it will cause the tracked direction to deviate.
(4) The oblique disc radial piston pump motor, after long-term high-speed operation, will expand the clearance between the motor output shaft support rolling bearings, and the radial positioning clearance will exceed the compensation value of the disc type large torsion spring; Due to the inability of the four butterfly springs on the core positioning rod to properly press the rotor cylinder towards the valve plate (the fatigue limit of the disc spring decreases, and the elasticity decreases, the motor can operate normally in the hot state, but the deformation of the disc spring increases in the hot state), the working capacity of the valve plate is reduced, resulting in weak operation of the motor. When the gap between the rotor and the cylinder hole exceeds 0.05mm or the damage exceeds the standard value, it will cause the motor to be weak and operate slowly.
