1) The speed and pressure must not exceed the specified values.
2) In general, the oil return port of a low-speed motor should have sufficient back pressure, especially the oil return port of an inner curve motor. Otherwise, the drum will detach from the curved surface and cause impact. In light cases, it will produce noise, reduce its service life, and in heavy cases, it will crush the drum. Damage to the entire motor. The back pressure is generally 0.3-1.0MPa. The higher the rotational speed, the higher the back pressure.
3) Avoid sudden starting or stopping when the system is under load. When the system is under load, sudden starting or stopping of the brake can cause economic pressure to peak, and the relief valve cannot react so quickly to protect the control motor from environmental damage.
4) Use lubricating oil with good safety performance, and the quantity of lubricating oil should be suitable for the specific system.
5) Regularly inspect the fuel tank. This is a simple but important preventive measure. If the leak is not detected or repaired, the system will quickly lose enough hydraulic fluid, forming a vortex at the inlet of the pump, causing air to be sucked in and causing damage.
6) Keep the hydraulic oil as clean as possible. Behind most hydraulic motor failures is a decrease in hydraulic oil quality. Most faults are caused by solid particles (particles), pollutants, and overheating, but water and air are important factors.
7) Capture system faults as signals and take effective measures in a timely manner. The development of small changes in sound, vibration, and heat can all indicate some problems with the motor. The clicking sound indicates that there is a certain gap in China, and a damaged bearing or sleeve may make such an unusual buzzing sound, accompanied by vibration. When the motor feels very hot, the significant increase in heat for this effect indicates the presence of different faults. A safe and reliable sign of poor motor performance can be seen on the machine. If the machine can run well in the morning but gradually loses learning motivation during this day. This needs to indicate that the performance of the motor is deteriorating.
