YUKEN Manual Directional Valve DMG-01-3D2-10
YUKEN DMG-01-3D2-10 is a three position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve with a diameter of NG6, using a 24V DC wet electromagnet and buffering function. Core feature: No impact (buffering)
This is the key difference between the DM series and ordinary electromagnetic directional valves. It uses special throttling design at both ends of the valve core to make the reversing action smooth, effectively avoiding the "water hammer" impact, vibration, and noise generated by the actuator during starting, stopping, or reversing. This is crucial for equipment that requires smooth operation, protection of pipelines and actuators.

Connection method: Bottom plate installation, oil port thread is usually M14 × 1.5 or ZG1/8.
Valve core function (D2) analysis:
When in neutral position: P → T is connected (pump unloading), and ports A and B are closed.
Application scenario: This function is very suitable for oil cylinder systems that require pressure holding standby. When the system is not working, the oil pump unloads, saving energy and reducing heat generation; At the same time, the oil cylinder is reliably locked and will not drift due to external forces.
