The main series of TOKIMEC vane pumps
TOKIMEC's vane pumps mainly come in the following classic series, with models usually starting with V or H:
Single pump
Series: PV2R (very classic and common)
Features: Quantitative blade pump, sturdy structure, long lifespan, low noise. There are multiple displacement specifications to choose from.
Model example: PV2R1-10 (1 represents a single pump, 10 represents a displacement of 10 cc/rev)
double pump
Series: Also in the PV2R series.
Characteristic: Two pump cores are connected in series within a housing, sharing a common shaft. Two different flow rates can be provided, or two independent oil sources can be provided for the system.
Model example: PV2R2-12/20 (2 represents duplex, 12 and 20 represent the displacement of two pumps respectively)
Variable vane pump
Series: Variable models in the V/H series (relatively rare)
Characteristic: Variable is achieved by changing the eccentricity between the stator and rotor, usually of the pressure compensation type.
