Variable control method (optional)
JRR065 can achieve multiple functions by installing different control valve blocks:
MNA/MNB constant power control: automatically adjusts the displacement of the pump based on system pressure to maintain the output power within a set range and prevent overload of the prime mover (such as a diesel engine). This is one of the most common control methods.
EP electro-hydraulic proportional control: It continuously adjusts the displacement of the pump by receiving external electrical signals (such as CAN bus signals or analog signals), achieving precise flow control and easy integration into modern electronic control systems.
LA load sensitive control: The output pressure of the pump is only one constant pressure difference higher than the maximum load pressure of the system, thereby achieving on-demand flow supply and significantly reducing energy consumption and oil heating.
HA constant pressure control: When the system pressure reaches the set value, the pump automatically reduces the displacement to the minimum flow required to maintain pressure, achieving pressure maintenance and energy saving.
Combination control: For example, "power control+load sensitive control" (such as MNA+LA) combines the advantages of both controls, which can protect the engine and achieve energy conservation.

Rated working pressure: 420 bar
Peak pressure: 480 bar
Maximum speed: approximately 2300 rpm (depending on import conditions)
Inhalation pressure: The minimum allowable absolute pressure is usually 0.8 bar. To ensure normal suction, especially during high-speed or cold start, it is strongly recommended to use an auxiliary pump (make-up pump) to provide inlet pressure.
